Elizabeth Costanzo, DNP, FNP earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Doctor of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Fairfield University. She graduated as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honors Society.

While pursuing her doctorate, she worked both as a nurse and as a professor in Fairfield University’s nursing programs.

She is an active member of numerous professional organizations including the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Nursing Association.
